Custom inflatable letters for Downtown Boogie in Lausanne
Digital Inflatables designed double-B inflatable letters in 2024 for Couleur 3 (RTS) and its hip-hop show Downtown Boogie, in Lausanne. The sketch gives them 1.5 m in height, 2.5 m in width and 70 cm in depth. The workshop calls it a small project, tied to the 25th anniversary of the show, launched in 1999: the caption ends with “happy 25!”.
What did Digital Inflatables make for Downtown Boogie?
Inflatable letters forming a rounded double B, designed for the Couleur 3 show and sized at 1.5 m tall by 2.5 m wide.
The pencil sketch on squared paper shows the letters side by side, joined by a small bulge in the middle. The dimensions, marked in red, also give a depth of 70 cm.
Digital Inflatables describes the piece as a “small but fun” project: a compact format that sits on a stage or next to the decks.

Request a quoteHow are inflatable letters used at a club night or on a show?
Placed on stage or next to the decks, they show a name or logo in volume; a blower keeps them inflated all night.
Indoors, venues often require a fire-retardant fabric, so the required fire rating should be checked before ordering.
How long such a piece takes to make is explained in the guide to custom inflatable lead times.
