Illuminated inflatable sphere for Padelistes in Bercy
- Size
- 2 m
Digital Inflatables made a 2 m illuminated inflatable ball in 2024 for the opening of Padelistes Bercy, a padel complex near the Bercy 2 shopping centre in Paris. Hung on cords above the hall, the white ball carries a yellow ball graphic and large grey shapes: a landmark for players and visitors that photographs well and recalls the club’s sport.

Request a quoteHow do you hang an illuminated inflatable sphere in a sports hall?
Typically, an inflatable sphere hangs from rigging points attached to the fabric, tied with ropes to the roof structure or to a lighting truss.
For an illuminated ball, the light source sits inside: white fabric spreads the light evenly, which shows up well in a dark room.
Before ordering, measure the clear height, the possible rigging points and the position of the power sockets. The guide to inflatable projection spheres covers rigging and lighting options.
Why use an inflatable ball for a sports club opening?
A ball with the club’s graphics can be seen from afar, is easy to photograph and recalls the sport itself, here with a yellow ball.
An inflatable sphere deflates and packs into a bag, so it can be used again for other events, such as a tournament or a club night. Other formats are shown on the inflatable spheres and balloons page.
